| | Wasn't planning on doing 11.50 miles today, it was unexpected because first Byron, Abel, Matt, and were planning on doing turtle trail easy. But nope. Byron decided to do the lake to lake race, when Chandis asked him. So Abel decided to do it too, and then me and then Matt. Matt, Rachel, Mia, and Me ran leg 7 was suppose to be 5 but it was a little longer. Then later Matt, Trevor, and I ran the 9th leg which is also 5 miles but it was longer too with lots of hills. It was pretty fun

pm: hurricane all comers did the 1600 and 800 the 1600 wasn't my best race but it was the first meet so its okay. the 800 felt good, i had fun.

pm:4x800 @ 2:24 race pace based off 1600 time. I don't like this work but then i do, it's hard but it's nice to push myself. didn't hit my times 2:28, 2:30, 2:34, and 2:39. first time doing this workout so next week push harder

pm: Hurricance Invite didn't race today. Did my progression run after the boys 1600 race ran with abel and byron and like 1.50 with the hurricane crew. run felt long probably because of the long roads. about mile 3 we went on a adventure in a canyon area didn't go very far. when we came out we ran back to the road and start the tempo. just kept abel and byron in my sight and then i started to catch byron he wasn't feeling to good. so at the intermediate school i passed byron and just tried to catch abel. abel stopped at the restroom at the park and i ended a the turn towards the park. tempo was good probably my best progression run felt very comfortable

Hurricane Invitational (2 Miles) 00:11:04, Place overall: 26 | | warm up was pretty long but i was just enough i felt great and ready to race
3200 race was in the fast heat. the race was pretty good, felt like i pushed hard but i know that i could've done better. just need to stay relax like how i do in my tempo runs. can't wait to race again!
cool down about an mile and ran again later with cam and nick.

pm: 4x1600 but only did 3 because the back was hurting again but still pushed through the 3th mile. goal pace 5:40. times 5:37, 5:43, and 5:42. even though i didn't do the fourth mile did was probably my best milel repeats!
after miles we had 300 my times were :45 and :47

pm: 4x800 race pace.. goal pace 2:24. today was wet, windy and cold. the workout was okay i felt like this one was a little better than last week. 800 times 2:27, 2:33, 2:38, and 2:28. the able to bring the time down on the last so that's good but also i felt really comfortable, I was surprise i got under 2:30

| | pv invite again ran around the field to get mileage and then got ready for the 4x400 ran a little more for warm up and was ready to race. i got 58.something which is good, abel promise me a sandwich if i got under 60. it was a good sandwich

pm: since tomorrow a meet we did something different today we did a 2 mile warmup and came back and ran 4 laps on the track but jog the curves and sprinted the straights, then after 5 hill sprints on the xc course, finished off with 2 mile cool. didn't get swoll today, back was bugging. (DIx2- New Balance)
