| | First workout of the season did 2x1600 at 85% my goal time was 6:04. Ran a two mile workout and got into the workout the first 1600 was a 6:04 so right on pace and the second was a little faster 5:58 felt good during the workout, felt relax!

| | Today we did our first tempo for 12 mins AT pace which was 6:16, the workout felt good I felt relax pretty much the whole time until the last 2 min when my back had a sharp pain so I slowed down a little and when we stopped I stretched it out a little then it felt a little better. But it was still a good tempo

| | Kosmin test! Very hard workout, the work out was 1 minute hard, 3 minute rest,-- 1 minute hard, 2 minute rest,-- 1 minute hard, 1 mintue rest, and the one more 1 mintue hard. I had a hard time trying to go fast but I was still a good workout. Distance was 1380 which is about 4:57 1600 time .

| | Tempo day 10minute AT pace with the flow crew goal pace 5:37, ran with Dave and Sky! Sky did an amazing job during the workout he was able to stick with me and Dave the whole way! Very proud! Ended the tempo with and average of 5:42 so right in the range where we're suppose to be! Very good workout

| | Very good tempo workout we did the 1.5 loop.. Ran with jake Taylor, the first lap was a 9:13 and then the second would've been a 9:00 but didn't make the mark but close. Jake was able to hit two laps. Overall strong fun tempo

| | Am: ran an easy 3 with Byron we ran early because we had senior ball assemly walk through.
PM: we did old man hills 2x800 the first one I felt strong and quick.. the second one the same but I pushed a little hard an felt fine! 5 miles for the afternoon

| | When to the st.george 5k and joined in the race to do my tempo. Ran with Dave I don't know hat the average pace was but we ended at 2.55 miles on our 15min LT pace which was suppose to be 5:37

Pm: old man hills 3x800. this i tried to do the same thing i did last week and also i tried not to go fast on the first one. it worked out great, i was able to get faster each time and the last one was my best.
