AM: easy 3 with yoga after felt nice
PM: Coe workout #1 felt good, form felt nice and comfortable.
AM: 4x1600 at 93% goal pace 5:09 coach wanted use to go fast so i did but didn't hit the pace and after the second mile my back got tight but i really wanted to do the workout so i the last two sets i did 800s.
